About Steve Gillooly
With over two decades of entrepreneurial and business leadership, Steve has achieved significant milestones. His journey began with Flame No More, a fire retardant product, securing UL approval during high school. He subsequently established one of Raleigh's largest college nightclubs and founded Capital Style Luxury Transportation, recognized as NC's largest ground transportation company for three years. He served as President of the NC Limousine Association in 2004 and 2005 before selling Capital Style in June 2005.
Currently, Steve is deeply involved in North Carolina's real estate landscape. He owns and operates Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC, handling a wide range of properties with over $400 million in real estate sold. He also serves as a member of national and local Realtors associations. Milan Realty, LLC, his real estate development company, specializes in residential, commercial, and office projects throughout the state. He is also a managing member of Apartment Developers of the Carolinas, LLC, overseeing the construction of 240 luxury apartments in Holly Springs.
